Editorial policy
Our job is to publish useful, original work and make its basis clear. We use AI tools to assist research and drafting, then review the material for accuracy, clarity and relevance.
Sources and uncertainty
Factual articles link to their sources. We prefer the organisation responsible for a service, rule or claim. We distinguish confirmed facts, suggested activities and editorial opinion. Source links carry a check date when one is recorded.
No invented experience
We do not invent interviews, visits, product tests, professional credentials or lived experience. Illustrations are illustrations, not evidence of a visit or a historical object. Local opening hours, event dates, prices and access details require current verification.
Care with consequential advice
Health, child-safety and other consequential claims require appropriate review before publication. General family activities are offered as adaptable ideas, not individual medical or developmental guidance.
Corrections and transparency
If you find an error, email [email protected] with the article URL, the detail that needs correcting and, when available, a source supporting the correction. Please send only the information needed to explain the issue. We review correction requests. Material corrections explain what changed and when on the affected article.
Commercial relationships
Our current articles contain no paid placements or affiliate links. Any future sponsorship or affiliate relationship must be disclosed alongside the relevant content.
